Shipping & Delivery

What are your postage and packaging rates?

Our shipping rates are calculated depending on the shipping destination and amount of items purchased. Most orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers, which means that items are shipped from various countries inside and out the EU using different postal services to fulfil your order. All costs are calculated during the checkout process and visible in your shopping cart before making your final payment.

When will my items arrive?

Most products in the Make Them Roar Online Store are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This means that items are located in different places around the world. Some items will be made specifically to your order. Delivery times therefore vary and we will keep you informed about the status of your order and send you individual tracking codes. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us via email or our contact form.

Will my items arrive together?

Items ordered are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer, although items ordered together may not be delivered together. Once we have received your order, we commission them with the manufacturer and share delivery information with you as soon as we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping for most items. Please email us at hello [at] makethemroar.com if you would like to purchase an item for which we have not specified shipping for your country. We will respond with a quote for shipping.

Measurements & Sizing

What size should I order for my dog or cat?

We show sizing in centimetres (cm). To avoid having to return and reorder your items, please ensure that you follow the measurement guides on each of the product pages. If you have questions, please get in touch with us before you order and we will help find the perfect size.

Orders & Cancellations

How will I know that you have received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address and phone number correctly on the order form so that we can get in touch to share tracking information with you.

Can I cancel my order?
