Delivery & Returns

COVID19 – Please email us prior to ordering if your purchase is time-sensitive.
We are operating as normal, but shipments can be delayed,
especially when the
destination country is outside of Europe.

 

Customers from the EU and UK have the right to cancel your order for a limited time of 14 days after receiving your item, even if the goods are not faulty. You can also return your item if the sizing isn’t correct but please measure your pet thoroughly or ask before ordering to avoid additional costs. 

  • You must notify Make Them Roar via email immediately or within 14 days after receiving your item if you want to return it
  • You must return the item directly to the respective manufacturer within 14 days. Please contact us via email and we will send you the respective return address
  • The item must be in perfect condition or in the same condition and in the same packaging it has been delivered to you. The item should not have been used and should still have all tags
  • You are responsible for postage and shipping if the product is returned unless the item is faulty
  • Once 14 days have passed since you have received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as food like treats or shampoos

If your item is faulty, you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. Items can be returned when the following conditions apply:

  • If the item is faulty, please take photos of the issues you have discovered and contact us vial email so we can provide you with the respective return address
  • Please send items via a recorded method and keep a tracking number. Make Them Roar is not responsible if returned products are not received
  • If you are requesting a refund prior to order completion, we might ask you to pay the respective payment transaction fee
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error won’t be accepted. Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If we approve the refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days.
  • If you haven’t received the refund immediately, please review your bank account as funds can take several days before showing in your account

Kindly note that

  • an order can be canceled if and only if it hasn’t been shipped out yet. Once you received an email with the tracking number of your parcel, the order can’t be canceled anymore. If you wish to get a refund you will have to receive your order first, and then return it to us as we do not take responsibility for shipping.
  • items that have been delivered internationally and are not picked up from the appropriate customs depot are not eligible for return or refund.

Most of the products we sell on Make Them Roar are delivered directly from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated
